Refund Policies:

We do not refund over scheduling conflicts caused by weather related incidents (Hurricanes, Nor'easters, etc.) but rather, we will reschedule your class.
Classes size minimum is 2 students or the course will be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy:
ASA-105, Radar, Nav Rules, Weather:
Two weeks notice of cancellation is required for a refund of your deposit.
ASA-101, 103, 104, 106, 114 one month prior notice of cancellation is required for a refund of your deposit.
Refunds will be for the amount of the deposit minus the text costs associated with your course.
Please-NO EXCEPTIONS

In the event that a personal matter restricts you from attending your scheduled class dates, every good faith effort will be made to reschedule you to dates that are mutually beneficial. All scheduling decisions are at the discretion of the Tracey School and are final.
